COMMON HOUSE SEEKS BARTENDER
We are seeking a hardworking, eager and progressive individual to join our team! The environment is positive, educational and focused. RESPONSIBILITIES // BARTENDER
Prepare drinks consistent to the house recipes. Maintain knowledge of beverage list and food menus. Assist peers in serving members and guests. Basic cleaning and setup tasks.
SKILLS
-At least 6 months experience working in relevant restaurants.
-Humility and ability to assess your own performance.
-A warm and outgoing personality, ability to smile.
-A strong desire and willingness to learn about our cuisine and beverage program.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
-Natural ability to provide genuine, refined and hospitable service.
-The desire to work well with others.
-Experience with a POS system.
-Strong multitasking skills in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
