Its official! Chef Bernard Guillot has arrived at Restaurant Rochambeau. He trained in the culinary arts with some of the finest French chefs of our time, including Frédy Girardet (whose eponymous restaurant has been called the finest in the world) and Jean and Pierre Troisgros (who played a pivotal role in the development of contemporary French cuisine).
In addition to France, he has worked in Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, and Portugal, and has cooked for numerous dignitaries, heads of state, and celebrities. Three of his restaurants have been awarded Michelin stars, and Chef Guillot has been inducted into the prestigious Maîtres Cuisiniers de France. And now Chef Guillotone of the Top 100 chefs in the worldis in Historic Gordonsville!
Cville ran an article about him on April 4th. As a result, the restaurant has an acute need for additional servers able to play in the big leagues!
We require:
At least two years in a fine dining environment.
Personable individuals with a joie de vivre and a passion for food and wine.
Availability to work at least some nights and weekends.
Impeccable references.
French language skills and/or experience working in France are a plus.
