Located on Main Street in Charlottesville, Orzo Kitchen & Wine Bar is committed to building the best culinary team in Charlottesville. Applicant MUST have a positive growth attitude, work clean, have a passion for food, and show interest in utilizing the best culinary techniques.
Candidate must:
-Be a hard worker with good organizational and critical thinking skills
-Have previous cooking experience with REAL FOOD.
-Be passionate about food
-Be able to learn and adapt to the fast pace of our kitchen
-Stay calm under pressure (again this is a professional kitchen)
-Be able to follow directions and prepare food to our exact specifications.
-Desire to learn and perfect techniques and flavor profiles of Mediterranean cuisine
-Want to be part of a professional kitchen
