The Red Fox Inn & Tavern is Middleburg's boutique inn with 19 guest rooms, suites and cottages, both a tavern and a pub featuring southern fare in a historic setting, and a landmark venue offering bespoke weddings and social events.

We are currently accepting applications for a Tavern Shift Manager.
Wage: $15 - $18 / hour
Position Summary:
The Tavern Shift Manager must uphold and maintain the Red Fox Inn & Taverns high standards while coordinating activities of the Front of the House Staff, the Tavern, and the Inn to provide outstanding customer service, quality food and beverage, and boutique lodging accommodations in our historic establishment. In addition, the Tavern Shift Manager must provide strong leadership for employees and offer customers superior conflict resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Previous restaurant and/or hotel experience preferred
- Must possess impeccable grooming qualities and dress in business attire
- High energy, positive demeanor, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity
- Demonstrate teamwork, customer service focus and strong multitasking skills
- Possess basic math skills, have the ability to operate a cash register, POS system, and computer systems
- Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
