Our company is looking for a Maintenance Technician that specializes in all types of repair, maintenance and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, reliable, hard-working and possess good communication skills.
Skills Required:
- Drywall Repair
- Painting Interior and Exterior
- Basic Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge
- Flooring repair and installation
- Tile repair and installation
- Windows and Doors
- General Repair
- Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects
Requirements:
- Criminal Background Check
- Must have a valid Driver's License and vehicle
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and move up to 50lb objects
Hours:
8:00AM - 4:00PM
Monday - Friday
