Dental Health Associates is looking for a part-time/full-time Marketing and Business Development Coordinator. The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will carry-out diverse tasks in support of marketing, recruitment, and business development to support programs that generate and nurture new business opportunities in the Shenandoah Valley. Essential functions include but are not limited to those noted below.

Provide support and coordination functions for marketing programs including New Patient promotions, events, direct marketing efforts, etc.

Manage internet / social media sites.

Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution marketing driven events

Work on market research and analysis

Perform ongoing maintenance of marketing data

Maintain PR and other distribution lists

Provide support for marketing materials

Draft and edit news releases, articles, brochures, and other publications.

Conduct research and analysis, and help collect / develop content.

Coordinate and prepare meetings and reviews (invitations, resources, visitors, meals, materials, etc.)

Edit and format documents.

Write lessons learned reports - collect and compile input.

Very strong verbal and written communication skills - clear, concise, and complete.

Bachelor's degree

Ability to work independently.

Excellent people skills - able to work collaboratively with teams of varying sizes, technical abilities, and levels of authority

Thorough, detail oriented, and highly organized.

Excellent multi-tasking abilities and time management skills - ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and strong desire to learn.

MS Office applications skills to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Strong media experience, including familiarity with Twitter, Linked In, YouTube, etc
