Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Charlottesville, Virginia

In your role as Digital Marketing Specialist for R. E. Lee Companies (REL), you will develop and implement communication strategies from concept to production with the guidance of the CEO/Principal and Company Presidents. You will be responsible for creating and managing RELs photography and videography, online and social media presence; coordinating the marketing calendar for content management, as well as special projects and events. Your exceptional media content and communication skills will bring the REL story alive for our employees, clients, partners, and the community. Your activities will take you from the office to our jobsites and out into the community.

Qualified Candidates Will Demonstrate:
Pioneering
Marketing Media and Technology Skills: Strong media creation skills, including photography and videography (knowledge of 360 cameras, scanners, virtual and augmented reality a plus), willing to learn new technologies; demonstrated understanding of content management, social media tools and how content works on a social web. Web Design knowledge a plus.
Visual and Written Creativity: Grasp of basic design principles; quality writing skills suited to content marketing and social media; creative mindset.
Learning Orientation: Able to research and identify opportunities for increased brand recognition; understands where to monitor cutting edge of online and digital trends.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
Demonstrated writing ability; willing to provide samples
Design portfolio
Advanced Experience with various photographic and videography devices
Advanced Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to learn new technologies and programs quickly
Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction fields a plus
Able to use personal vehicle for business travel within 80-mile radius (mileage reimbursement provided); Excellent driving record; Virginia Drivers License
Willing to take drug test
Ability to meet physical demands: General office activity use of computer devices and business machines, required to talk, sit, stand, stoop, bend, reach, lift and walk. Driving to various jobsites, moving around jobsites in all phases of construction.
