Charlottesville jewelry and design team looking for full time lead for retail customers. Please note that if you are a student graduation in May 2019 and couldn't begin full time work until you graduate, we would be willing to work with you part time before then.

Typical responsibilities for the Retail Lead include:
- Partner with owner to help set and execute retail business vision
- Manage order fulfillment and delivery (manage production staff to meet deadlines, check orders, package orders, and be in charge of correctly shipping orders)
- Coordinate with production team on inventory needs and fulfillment schedule
- Make and produce product (ability to work quickly with small jewelry tools)
- Participate in retail sales shows (some travel required; 2-6x year)
