Development Director
The Bridgeline - Charlottesville, VA
The BridgeLine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and seeks a full-time Development Director to lead our ongoing fundraising operations. S/he serves as a lead strategist for our organization's funding development and will assist the Executive Director in creating a multi-year plan for increasing revenue and building organizational reserves. The incumbent must have an established background in coordinating nonprofit donation strategies, event management, grant writing and volunteer leadership.
This role involves organizing fundraising initiatives, writing grant applications, managing the organization's online and social media presence, managing our annual fund stewarding our existing donors and building relationships with future donors and volunteers.
Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of nonprofit fundraising and development experience. We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working, results oriented professional to take our fundraising to the next level.
