ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE, LAW FIRM (PART TIME) for a small, yet busy Elder Law firm in Charlottesville.
HOURS: Approximately 14 hours/week, Tuesdays and Thursdays (occasional variance to ensure office staffing)
Additional Hours for Summer: Memorial Day - Labor Day, provide office coverage on Fridays (11:00/11:30am-3/4:00pm typically); may adjust Tues/Thurs schedule during this time, workload dependent.
JOB DESCRIPTION: PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR THE FIRM.
Provides administrative support at the direction of the Firm Manager
Maintains open, friendly communication with clients and professionals in the community
Greet clients and provides phone support
General administrative support duties as assigned
