We are Easter Associates an association management company headquartered in Charlottesville. We provide board and membership services, government relations assistance, conference and event planning, administrative support, and more to a wide range of associations in various health care and trade professions. Easter is now hiring for a full-time Administrative Coordinator in our Charlottesville office.
Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of office operations, including:
- Fielding incoming client phone calls and emails.
- Performing data entry and bookkeeping functions.
- Editing newsletters, executive correspondence, advertisements, and other materials for clarity and grammatical accuracy.
- Supporting colleagues meeting planning initiatives through preparatory and onsite assistance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Some overnight and occasional weekend travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Superb writing and editing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills over the phone, in person and in writing.
- Very organized and detailed-oriented.
- Willingness to create, cultivate, and follow through with innovative projects that help take our clients to the next level.
- Proactive and independent while collaborating well with others; energetic and driven; ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and wear many hats.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to become a Virginia notary. (Easter will cover all costs for application process.)
