What this work requires;

>Knowledge skills: experience using Quick Books Pro, Excel spread sheets, Word reports, tax programs, computer and Internet.

>Communication skills: Listening with retention, speaking to the point, writing with clarity and reading with understanding.

>Application skills: Be able to organize, anticipate, initiate, follow through and complete work and projects in a timely fashion.

>Accounting skills: know and establish what is relevant, reliable, consistently measurable in both quantity and quality. Organize pertinent information by lists, files, databases, spreadsheets.

>Office skills management: Communications thru e-mail, FAX, USPS mail, Fed Ex/UPS shipping, phone in person AND Project organization of notes, records, lists, research in files.

>Personal character: accountable, dedicated, dutiful, ethical, focused, honest, logical, orderly, reliable, steady, and trustworthy.

Tasks include, A/P and A/R posting, bank deposits, collections, weekly sales reporting, monthly financial reporting, accruals, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end closings, and annual tax preparation. Management of tenancies, correspondence, schedule, research projects, files and records.
