Excellent long-term opportunity for someone who likes to work with head as well as hands. Experienced person needed to manage estate and maintain properties. This is a working manager position involving substantial outdoor activity. Applicant must be in good health, able to lift 75 lbs., be a non-smoker, and have valid driver's license with clean driving record. Need familiarity with operation and maintenance of typical farm machines and equipment; tractors, bush hog, mowers, skid steers, etc. Also must be able to maintain computer-based records and schedules. Position will supervise one or two assistants as needed. This position reports directly to owner but is intended to have minimal supervision by owner so time management and planning skills are a must! Applicant must be honest, intelligent, responsible, safety conscious and able to pass background check and drug screening. References needed and will be checked.
