Leasing Agent/Administrative Assistant

Looking for a motivated qualified leasing agent/administrative assistant for a Property Management Company, 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to tour prospective residents, manage multiple tasks at once, provide all necessary administrative duties, and remain calm in high-pressure situations while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Required Skills and Traits:

Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office software, including Excel

Dependable team player who takes initiative and develops what skills are required

Highly organized and completes tasks and/or projects by deadlines

Resilient, able to deal with challenging situations professionally and tactfully

Maintains accurate resident records, updating all rents, deposits, and charges received from residents and prospects daily

Updates required reports daily concerning move-out notices, resident activity, etc.

Processes all move-ins and move-outs and Security Deposits

Manages all duties associated with accounting, rent collections

The Leasing Agent role has a strong emphasis on customer service, building rapport with prospects and residents and achieving results.

As a Leasing Agent, you will manage the sales process, from start to finish.

This includes presenting our apartments and amenities to prospective residents, building relationships and creating excitement.

A successful Leasing Agent must demonstrate strong sales and customer service, multi-tasking and communication skills, and have the ability to pay close attention to detail.

Applicant must be detailed oriented, personable, professional and dedicated to being vital part of a driven team.

Responsibilities:

Tour prospective residents, overcome objections and create interest.

Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current residents.

Facilitate the leasing process including all necessary move in paperwork.
