Provides expertise to ensure functional business requirements and process issues are resolved for the in-house supported ERP systems using comprehensive enterprise applications solutions. Works with senior leadership to identify and solve functional area issues design solutions develop conceptual models translate functional area requirements into technical requirements and support design and implementation of enterprise application solutions. Plans or generates data bases and/or models from business systems and data requirements planning. Provides future business strategies from a data or systems point of view. Analyzes the ERP information systems baseline and performs a gap analysis between the baseline user operational requirements and the operating capability of the products. Supports technical design reviews enterprise approach validations and work product assessments. Provides daily supervision and direction to other members. At this level the individual is a thought leader and provides strategic advice and guidance to the organization. Works on the most complex issues with major impact on the organization and is considered an expert in functional area. May act as a project lead on small to moderately-sized projects and is viewed as a critical resource across multiple disciplines.

  • Understands all aspects of supporting complex databases providing overall maintenance continuous monitoring and auditing for system

  • Sets direction and leads projects to ensure optimal application and system performance.
  • Communicates technical solutions to teammates and management and provides assistance to teammates in an effort to enhance the overall services

  • Develops and ensures the maintenance of standard systems requirement documents including but not limited to security administration
  • data and system integrity validation checks loading and unloading data backup and recovery procedures.
  • Monitors the following for compliance:- Meets deadlines and manages multiple dynamic priorities. Ensures ERP administration tasks are completed routinely.
  • Communicates appropriately and provides regular updates on system and project or task status
  • Participates as a team member on projects or may lead initiatives where appropriate.
  • Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced data base analysts/administrators.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $44.74 - $71.58 Hourly

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

COVID Vaccination Requirement
