ITS Custom Applications & Consulting Services (CACS) seeks applications for a Salesforce Application Developer. The developer will work closely with CACS customers such as functional contacts, institutional units, and subject matter experts in documenting requirements, developing Salesforce solutions, and on integration and configuration projects.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintenanceand upkeep of the CACS Salesforce instances, to include, but not limited to, profile management, user management, workflows, data imports, new development, and email tools
  • Possess or develop working knowledge of modules that interact with our Salesforce instances:
    • All native functions (Case Management, Contacts, Opportunities, Communities, Organizations, Knowledge, etc.)
    • EDA (Education Data Architecture)
    • Marketing Cloud
    • Conga
    • Form Assembly
  • Write Apex classes, triggers and tests
  • Actively identify and resolve data issues in Salesforce and any integrations
  • Respond to and resolve day-to-day support issues
  • Develop and support integration withnon-CACS instances
  • Partner with Salesforce to identify and develop additions to Higher Ed

Required Qualifications:
  • Fiver or more years of experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer pain points, propose and implement solutions
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with Education Cloud
  • Salesforce Certifications: Admin and Developer

The selected applicant will be required to complete a background check prior to their first day of employment per University policy.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $85,000 - $105,000 depending on experience.
