MEP Partners is new to the Ruckersville/Charlottesville area and currently looking for 1 install tech. We are a fast growing company with 3 warehouses currently doing over 250 new installs in the cvl area. We have 1 full time possession with benefits open and are looking for a tech. who would be able to start out in there own van. daily jobs would include, New home rough in (line sets, flues, drains and zone control systems) and trim outs primarily. You may be asked to do some service work depending on skill level and pay.
(You may be repairing duct but will not be installing whole houses as we have seperate duct crews)
We are offering $16-$24 per hour paid weekly with health benefits and 401k options after 90 days. You will have the option of a company van or to use a personal vehicle for and extra vehicle allowance with company gas card for driving to and from jobs. Technicians are expected to provide there hand tools as well as basic power tools. Company will provide hammer drills, generators, vac. pumps ect. Piece pay is a possibility if preferred.
The ideal applicant would live with in 1 hour of charlottesville VA. have a minimum 3 years experience and fully understand how a/c units and furnaces operate.
