We are looking for seasoned technicians to drive our company vehicle to and from customer sites to install, service and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to Customer Service Requests (service calls)
Troubleshoot Refrigeration and HVAC equipment
Communicates with customers and branch office regarding status of repairs
Completes service tickets according to procedures
Maintaining current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance
Performing manual tasks such as: bending, reaching, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., or maneuvering heavier items with additional manpower or appropriate devices
Qualifications:
High school graduate/GED or the equivalent
Mechanically inclined, will train to become a HVAC/R Technician
Must have proper certifications (e.g. HVAC or EPA Universal)
CFESA certified is not required but a plus
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Experience of electrical and control circuit knowledge is a plus
Working knowledge of computer systems
Accurately and promptly completes required paperwork
Own industry's standard hand tools
