Residential Builder - Project Manager w/ conscious leadership skills

Ripley Beckman is a custom building and remodeling contractor. We (like everyone else it seems!) are looking for the classic project manager - experienced, good tempered and able to satisfy sophisticated clients in a cost of the work plus a fee / T&M environment. In addition to the typical day to day responsibilities of a project manager we have a leadership program that you would be expected to participate in. This is a program for experienced leaders to expand themselves, while exploring topics with younger men who aim for expanded leadership responsibilities. Current work in the leadership program is coming from the book "15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership."
