Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) is searching for Senior Systems Engineers to support the Army s Identity Intelligence mission in either Aberdeen, MD, or Charlottesville, VA. This effort will support research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. DSA will assist the Identity Intelligence Warfare Directorate (I2WD) in the goal of meeting the needs of increasingly complex systems requirements and technologies.Required Education, Certifications and Security Clearance BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science TS // SCIRequired Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience with: o Conducting Capabilities-Based Assessments (CBAs) and Capabilities Needs Analyses (CNAs); exercises/warfighting lessons learned; Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations (JCTDs), Joint Urgent Operational Needs/Joint Emergent Operational Needs (JUONs/JEON), and other experiments o Conducting research and analysis of current and emerging concepts and technologies to define roadmaps for Demonstration including Integration Demonstrations (IDs), Operational Feasibility Demonstrations, Limited Objective Tests, and Military / Interagency Exercises / Field Tests, experimentation and Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Verification Validation and Accreditation (VVA) o Conducting exercises and demonstrations to potential customers to illustrate the emerging operational capabilities in support of the Army military intelligence mission o Supporting Government in conducting market research, technical demonstrations, experimentations, and user assessments to rapidly prepare capability requirements document o Managing and supporting cloud storage and virtualization platforms Experience supporting large scale and complex systems in a distributed environment using various programming languages and virtualized platforms Experience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure Experience with system of systems design and implementation Experience conducting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) analysis to include: software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, and identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, security analysis, and software reliability analysis. Experience designing, engineering, implementing, and maintaining software development solutions in secure processing environments which must adhere to U.S. Government Information Assurance and Security standards such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Familiarity with the concept, implementation, and operations associated with DevOps in a hybrid IT organizationDesired Qualifications DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification Experience with Identity Intelligence or Biometrics systems Experience supporting projects using the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) environment AWS Professional or Associate level certifications Experience with ICITE or DCGS-A Cloud concepts and architectures Knowledge of Agile software development project methodologies Salary and Benefits include but not limited to:
