Our client, a growing provider of infrastructure services and support located in Chesapeak, VA is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity.This role is the ideal first or second opportunity for recent information technology graduates. This role will help train on the basics of IT Support- Reset passwords, reconnect printers, reboots, internet connectivity, wifi reconnect, and other similar level one support tasks. Great cusomter service skills, a can do and will learn attitude. This role is ideal for people who want to launch their career and learn IT.Ideal candidate is:

  • Entry-level IT experience with strong computer aptitude
  • IT Certifications
  • Post-high school course work: Community College, Technical Schools or 4-year colleges
This role will work onsite with a small team from Day 1.
