Description:Joining the IT PMO. Responsible for leading and facilitating enterprise-wide projects approved by the executive leadership team in a Health Plan setting. Directs implementation of multi-departmental, large scale projects. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements, stream-lining and automation and makes recommendations based on findings. Manages operational and tactical aspects of the project, including financial and human resources.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years project management experience required.Licensure: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.Other: Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experienced with Project or a similar project management program. Able to organize, plan, direct and manage large-scale, complex, cross-functional, multi-departmental projects. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Able to provide leadership and direction to a project to ensure that project deliverable meet chartered time lines. Exhibit knowledge of operational areas and marketing concepts of a health plan or integrated delivery system. Possess experience in methods for improving operational efficiency.
