Role: Test Manager - Project PlanningLocation: Chesapeake - VA (REMOTE)Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Further Extendable) Job Description The client is currently seeking a highly skilled Test Manager who will be responsible for working with the client QA director. The person has to get the QA requirement form different project directors, do the high level estimates, work with QA director for capacity planning, coordinate the QA work of different projects, test reporting & metrics reporting to be handled by the person, communicate with project stake holders to keep them updated about the QA progress for the projects he/she responsible for. What are the top 3 Must Haves for this role? 1. Strong Leadership skills with ability to handle customer 2. Complete understanding on testing methodologies with retail background3. Ability to work independently and remotely REQUIRED SKILLS 10+ years of test management experience. Excellent verbal & written communication Strong experience in test estimation, test methodology, creation & review of test artefacts Metrics preparation & presentation Coordination different project stake holders at both onsite & offshore.
