Description: local candidates strongly preferredmanager will ONLY conduct onsite interviews, NO exceptionscandidate MUST be comfortable working ONSITE for the first several weeks - length of time to be determined by manager. Then candidate can work remotely up to two days each week.contract duration will extend beyond 6/30/22, probably through 6/30/23 or longer Works with IT engineering team to implement and provide support to agency’s IT system infrastructure.Performs day-to-day activities related to the support, research, analysis, and implementation of VMware and Windows systems and infrastructure.Considerable knowledge, experience, and understanding of working in a VMware and Windows environment is required.

This includes:•     In-depth experience with troubleshooting VMware and Windows problems.•     Thorough knowledge of and in-depth experience with performance monitoring, system testing, OS upgrade, and software patch Installation and testing in a VMware and Windows environment.•     Experience with standard server networking protocols.•     In-depth experience with medium to large-scale VMware and Windows environments.•     Experience with providing technical support.•     Experience working with and writing Powershell scripting.•     Excellent communicative & collaborative skills
