Responsibilities: The Field Technology Services team is seeking someone with strong technical skills to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and update software, hardware, and networking as necessary Field Technology Specialist provides technical advice, guidance, and implementation of complex work items involving educational and DOC Operations software products such as AZTEC, Lexis Nexis, GED Academy, Auto CAD, Teknimedia, Alexandria, Elevate and similar software packages. Provides technical support of complex work problems involving computer technology to include workstation and server hardware, software and operating systems, networking hardware, software and infrastructure, and various operating systems software.

Skills: Windows operating systems such as Win10, Server 2012/2016/2019.Independently installing, updating, and managing networks.Troubleshooting and resolving issues in various operating systems and application software in a LAN / standalone environment.Imaging Computers.Securing Networks and Endpoints.Building, Deploying, and Maintaining Server.
