- Thorough knowledge of how an effective ERP system functions, with experience in deploying new and updated configurations and features - preference given to experience with SAP and/or LN.
- Demonstrated leadership and effective change management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
- Possess excellent presentation, analytical and project management skills
- Working experience in MS Office, MS Project, SQL Reporting Services
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Related Field or equivalent, with (5) five years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment
