- Provide escalation support for Tier 3/4 issues
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and other support teams for troubleshooting and timely resolution
- Manage customer requests through their lifecycle, interface closely with customers to understand the requirements
- Ensure compliant with company and regulatory guidelines and procedures
- Adhere to change management policies; test and develop next steps to mitigate risks with changes
- Install hardware and software ensuring all components interface correctly with each other and the network, including base software and applications installed on workstations (e.g., antivirus, system monitoring tools, etc.)
- Create Implementation Plans, Test Plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and network diagrams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 1+ years of SCCM/MECM experience
- Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 administration, Active Directory/Group Policy Objects (GPO) administration, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
- Understanding of DoD, DISA cybersecurity requirements
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ (or DoD 8570 IAT Level II equivalent), Microsoft Certifications in Desktop Management
- Work Status: due to government requirement, only US Citizens will be considered for this role
- Clearance Type: Secret (required), Top Secret preferred
- COVID-19 vaccine: must be fully vaccinated
