Location: Dahlgren Center, VA Description: Our client is currently seeking a CyberSafe Systems Engineer
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Participate in cybersecurity working groups to include carrier network and cybersecurity working group, haven and saber and cybersecurity toolkit capabilities integration working groups, disconnect procedures, and PEOIWS 10 CYBERSAFE IPT. - Coordinate with other organizations to obtain CYBERSAFE certification on Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) Baseline 10. - Review CYBERSAFE controls and provide Cyber SME input on assessment/implementation. - Provide Cyber SME for criticality analysis of the integrated combat system. - CYBERSAFE requirements evaluation with SSDS element design agent support to implement cyber conditions. - Cybersecurity techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTP) development for cyber incident response.
- Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline, or 8 years of a demonstrated knowledge base and subject matter expertise relevant to specific technical disciplines of the PWS, including the qualifications below; or US Naval operational experience at the E7 level or higher. - At least 6 years of full-time professional experience in systems engineering. 2 of these years must have been at the system level in any of the following areas: requirements definition, system design parameters, concepts operation, risk assessment, producibility studies/analyses, performance analyses, test and evaluation, and/or post-delivery support. - Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.S. citizen. - Must have an active Secret security clearance.
