Nation wide manufactured home community is looking for a Community Manager for our Danville VA property.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of our manufactured home community.
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
Inspections of homes and lots within the community
Making recommendations to the company for improving the property
Collecting and processing all rent payments
Taking and processing applications and leasing lots and/or homes
Distributing notices and flyers to tenants
Maintaining and organizing tenant files
Taking phone calls from tenants and prospective tenants and assisting them with all matters
Following up on leads for home/lot leasing
Ensuring property appearance is presentable and acceptable
Requirements for the position:
No experience required. Willing to train the right candidate
Must have basic computer skills
Must have basic phone operating skills
Punctuality is IMPERATIVE
Must be willing to meet deadlines constantly
Must be able to multi-task
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be able to pass a background check
