HallKeen Management seeks a qualified, motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations of six properties consisting of approximately 1,100 units of mixed-income market/tax credit and project-based S-8 housing. Properties are located in Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia. The base office of operations for this position is flexible within the North Carolina/Virginia areas.
The ideal candidate would possess strong leadership, supervisory and communication skills. A comprehensive background in budgeting and asset management is required. The Regional Property Manager is fully responsible for each property's financial and compliance performance and is in regular contact with Vice President of Residential Management, Owners, State Monitoring Agencies, and Staff. Regional Manager will be required to coordinate and participate in training of his/her new managers.
A Bachelor's degree or five years prior senior property management / regional experience is required. The ideal candidate would have working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD policies and procedures. 30% travel is expected in this position. This is a full-time position with benefits.
