Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYThe Administrative Assistant II performs a wide variety of administrative functions for the company. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparation of expense reports, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, generation of reports and documents, and telephone support. Must have great technical skills with a focus on MS Office tools and Outlook. May have specific administrative, clerical support responsibilities and project participation as assigned. Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment. Need to prioritize multiple tasks, have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively, be highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Remain knowledgeable of corporate policy.
