Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Case Aide responsible for start-up, intake,management, and settlement of casualty/estate cases involving Medicaidrecipients or deceasedMedicaid recipients/clients.Responsibilities:

Confirm Medicaid eligibility for causality cases

Obtain additional information required for case start-up from beneficiaries and/orattorneys

Intake referralleads from attorneys, insuranceadjusters, and medical providers

Review and researchleads regarding potential accident or trauma situations

Investigate, research, review, and compile information from multiple sources

Interfacewith attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medicalproviders, court staff, personal representatives/executors of estates, and family members

Prepare necessarycorrespondence, liens, and other documents

Work, maintain,and manage active Casualtyand/or Estate recovery cases

Perform basic legal research; compilevarious reports

Review medical claimshistories
