- Provide day-to-day administration, scheduling, and support for assigned program/portfolio.
- Develop new and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines for program/portfolio administration.
- Maintenance of existing and creation of new documents for all sections of the team.

- Maintain build and release calendars/schedules for the portfolio.
- Maintain VersionOne and ALM for the portfolio.
- Create and maintain Change Requests from ServiceNow.
- Facilitate releases during business hours and off hours.
- Environment Management.
- Maintain metrics and content reports for the client.
- Facilitate meetings.
- Maintain version control of the code repository ensuring the branches are merged into the trunk properly.
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Sensitive clearance.
- S. in Computer Science, Business, or related major.
- 5+ years of DevOps or a Combination of Change, Release, Configuration, Build and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with AWS Applications.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall Environments and Methodologies.
- Experience with Change Management Tools such as ServiceNow.
- Experience with Version Control Systems such as SVN or GIT.
- Experience with Jenkins.
- Experience with Agile tools such as VersionOne.
- Effective time management skills.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of SDLC, especially the interaction of Release, Change, Configuration, Environment, Knowledge and Build Management.
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of critical thinking and problem solving.
- Works well in a distributed group environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including listening, oral and written presentation of idea.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, highly communicative team environment.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook etc.).
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
- AWS Certified
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and have been living in the U.S. for at least the last five years
