CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer supporting our CDM DEFEND program. This person will be involved with the development of a cloud-based shared service to deliver cybersecurity capabilities to numerous civilian government agencies. You will work with a team of ServiceNow Administrators and Developers to effectively deliver the shared service capabilities. You will work as part of an agile team developing, designing and implementing new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.

Your future duties and responsibilities• Act as the a subject matter expert for ServiceNow related implementations.• Proactively recommend ServiceNow processes, integration needs, process workflows, design and develop features for implementations.• Collaborate with other ServiceNow Developers and Administrators.• Work on ServiceNow configurations, customizations and external application and data integrations.• Chart and enforce quality processes for user management, data-security, compliance policies and data reporting.• Participate in overall delivery process discussions and implement needed ServiceNow customizations, configurations and dashboards to support the delivery process.• Develop training plan and content for ServiceNow customizations, workflows and usage.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.• Strong Developer with 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.• ServiceNow certifications.• Extensive knowledge and experience with business management processes and IT operations management.• Experience working in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, KM and SAM modules.• Experience with integration ServiceNow applications with third party tools or applications, including cloud applications (AWS).

Desired:• Experience in setting-up data-feeds and dashboards.• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
