Software Developer
Position Description CGI is hiring a Software Developer to join our dynamic team.At CGI, you get to build solutions as a full time consultant with a world-class IT company. Take your talents to a company that inspires growth and values your ideasYour future duties and responsibilities - Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. - Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. - Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. - Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.Required qualifications to be successful in this role - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, IT or related field- 3 years of experience in application development with Core Java, J2EE, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JDBC, JSP, JSTL, Custom Tags, Servlets, EJBs. - Prior experience must include: 3 years of experience in WebLogic, JBoss, and WebSphere; 3 years of experience with Oracle 10g, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, and HSQL- 3 years of experience in Development IDE including Eclipse, Spring Tool Suite, Net-Beans and Sublime- 2 years of experience in Frameworks including Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JSF, Spring Batch, Apache Camel, CXF- 2 years of experience in Microservices like Spring Boot, Pivotal Cloud Foundry.Insights you can act onWhile technology is at the heart of our clients' digital transformation, we understand that people are at the heart of business success.
