CGI has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Lead on our CDM DEFEND program. This person will lead and deliver the CDM solution. Will also provide a network understanding for implementing CDM tools, architecture and network capabilities and services for a major cyber security program. Will provide direct and indirect CDM tools, architecture and network solutions and integration of solutions by leading and assisting in the delivery of cyber security projects for designated agencies to improve the security posture of the receiving agency. The successful candidate for this position is a highly motivated individual with a strong CDM tools and architecture, network architecture and security background who excels integrating, operating and deploying network and security technology and solutions, including expand and grow. The successful candidate is a self-starter who works effectively highly dynamic environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities• Expertise with CDM architecture, networks and network security, management of firewalls, security policies and military networks.• Provides expertise in cyber security, team provisioning, supporting and managing transitions, including FedRAMP-certified cloud solution and supporting continuing operational support.• Possesses, leads and applies expert knowledge of the development of a secure Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) solution and architecture.• Provides vast experience in CDM tools (Tenable, Qualys, CrowdStrike, MS Defender etc.) and architecture and designing networks.• Key responsibility will include an in-depth understanding of the agencies' infrastructure to effectively place new CDM components across agencies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.• 6-8 years of experience in mentoring and managing technical team members.• Knowledge and experience in cyber security tools and architecture.• Outstanding reporting skills, e.g. graphical presentation and advanced Microsoft Office skills.• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.• Attention to detail coupled with effective analytical and problem-solving aptitude.• Ability to establish working relations at all organizational levels and demonstrate ability to diplomatically and effectively deal with government officials and program office stakeholders.• Self-motivator with ability to work as part of a team or independently with little supervision or direction.• Ability to balance and prioritize many diverse tasks at once.• Experience in establishing new processes.

Desired Qualifications:• Ability to establish operational objectives and work plans for their respective agency and delegate assignments to technical team members.• Ability to manage through leads and supervisors the activities of the various tasks for CDM DEFEND.
