Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

-Demonstrated ability to work independently on a variety of complex matters simultaneously while also working in a team environment

Organize and route incoming telephone calls

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment.

You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

-Work in a team environmentRequirements -Need to have a degree -Needs to be able to work in office Monday through Firday-Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

-Answering high volume calls

Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

3+ years of past relevant experience

navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired

Travel experience

Proficiency in annual reporting

Microsoft Office experience preferred

Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

Sound written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours as well as a rotating schedule and non-core business hours.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
