This individual is responsible for managing the task allocation, staffing the team, prioritizing the work, tracking the activities, taking the tasks to closure, reporting the status to the client and NTT DATA management.Qualified candidates must be a self-motivated and technically strong individual with a minimum of 12 years of experience in managing projects involving .net technologies, Power BI, and integration of applications. The candidate must be proficient in Agile development principles and familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC). This candidate also must have the strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills.Job Description- Interact with client stakeholders to understand project requirements, expectations and priorities
- Evaluate and identify team members who can produce the deliverables
- Work with the Technical Lead and Team members to arrive at the estimation, resource loading and schedule required to complete the project
- Assign tasks to the team members, track activities and progress to closure
- Identify training needs and get the team trained / certified on relevant technologies and processes
- Conduct periodic performance evaluation of team members, motivate them to contribute better
- Liase with client stakeholders and internal stakeholders to effectively deliver the project on time, without issues
- Identify and track risks and issues to closure
- Excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated with self-learning ability in adapting changes of technology and regulatory requirement.
- 12-year experience in SDLC with
- 4+ years as a project manager in application development projects involving Power BI, and .net technologies.
- 5+ years of experience managing software development teams.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- US Citizenship with the ability to get Public Trust clearance
- Certifications such as SAFe, Kanban, CSM are preferred
- Microsoft Power-BI based Certifications
- Microsoft .net certifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information System or related field
