Manager, Certification and Accreditation

CERTIFICATION AND ACCREDITATION MANAGER

Duties:

  • Ensure that all assigned Cyber Red Team personnel complete all training and certification requirements in accordance with DoD certified Red Team requirements
  • Administer the DTRA Cyber Red Team DoD Cyber Red Team Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Program
  • Track and report the team's C&A status
  • Ensure the team creates processes, tools, and products that conform to DoD Certified Red Team standards and create plans of action and milestones to keep the team on track for certification, and, once accredited, monitor and maintain all C&A requirements
  • Coordinate with DTRA Cyber Red Team management to request resources to apply towards C&A requirements (document review/updates and training)
  • Synchronize teams' C&A status with USCYBERCOM
  • Create, review, and approve C&A documentation
  • Participate in DoD Cyber Red Team Community C&A events (document review boards, team evaluations)
  • Keep DTRA NE-MAR leadership informed as to DoD Certified Cyber Red Team program status and direction
  • Maintain Operator Training Folders to ensure they remain compliant with DOD Certified Red Team C&A requirements
  • Advises the DTRA Cyber Red Team manager regarding all operator training and certification requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems Management or commensurate experience working with Information Technology or cyberSecurity-related certification and accreditation management
  • Two years' experience working on a DOD cyber workforce management or equivalent cyber workforce management program
  • TS/SCI security clearance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to direct and achieve priorities, goals, and strategies with limited supervision
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or two years of demonstrated project management experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret DOD policy and regulatory documents
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of computers and typical production software (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
