Senior Systems Engineer - Identity Management
VA, Fort Belvoir 22060 Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen, Current Security Clearance, Secret Skills: ICAM, LDAP, Army, EAMS-A, on-prem, cloud, Sail Point, Akamai Zero Trust, CyberArk, Radiant Logic, Yubikey/FIDOWe are recruiting for a Senior Systems Engineer with Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) expertise to work in support of an Army program. Qualified candidates must have related systems engineering and solutions development experience with front-end and back-end development and implementation of ICAM on-prem and/or cloud infrastructure. Prior experience with Enterprise Access Management Service-Army (EAMS-A) is a plus. Location: Relocation support will be considered. Duties and responsibilities include:- Provide technical subject matter expertise for customer's leadership team regarding issues/resolutions
- Provide hands-on administration, design and development for ICAM capabilities and solutions
- Support cybersecurity initiatives for front-end and back-end development
- Provide troubleshooting, problem solving, and research support for security, availability, and integrity of hosted sites
- Manage EAMS-A tool and share access to the tool with ICAM integrators to provide Tier 2-3 services support
- Support requirements gathering and definition for designing and implementing processes and workflows within web applications and business process management system
- Identify areas for design improvements for business processes and process management applications
- U.S. citizenship
- Current Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree required; Studies in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
- 5+ years of related experience providing systems engineering support, preferably in a DoD environment
- Experience working with LDAP and supporting ICAM solutions preferably for Army or a DoD environment
- Experience working with Enterprise Access Management Service-Army (EAMS-A) tool is a plus
- Experience troubleshooting ICAM hosting services and network performance issues, as needed
- Experience working with multi-factor authentication solutions
- Experience supporting ICAM enhancements using CyberArk, Radiant Logic, Akamai Zero Trust, Sail Point, or similar technologies
- Experience conducting analysis on web and portal pages using Splunk, Sentinel, or similar tool and designing enhancements to improve flow and processes
- Experience developing program documentation and reports
- DoD 8570 IAT/IAM Level II certification required (CISSP, CEH, CHFI, SSCP, CCSP desired)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with a blended government and contractor team
- Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
