Lake of the Woods, a large-scale HOA located in Orange County, VA, is currently seeking to fill a salaried position for an Assistant Clubhouse Manager. The Successful Candidate will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to ensure highest guest service satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will assist in achieving company objectives in meeting sales goals, maintaining food quality, and ensuring that all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will ensure all State laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages are strictly adhered to including staff training and certification. Experience in closing procedures including cash reconciliation desired. Excellent customer service skills essential. A minimum of 3 - 5 years progressive experience in similar food and beverage operation is required. Qualified candidates are invited to submit resumes.
