Very busy restaurant looking for experienced kitchen soldiers. 3-5 years experience minimum. Pay depends on experience and ability; We have a budget of $40k-$50k plus 20% bonus. We are looking for someone that enjoys the challenge of a busy night; someone who likes fighting through the dinner rush hitting home-runs the whole time. Please note we are looking for a currently successful sous chef; proven track record, letter of recommendation from last employer, 2+ years at each of your last 3 jobs.
