Our client, a government contractor, is seeking a 6-month Senior Corporate Recruiter to join their office in Chantilly, VA!
About You:
A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred for this role.
10+ years of recruiting experience; must have at least 4 years of federal recruiting experience.
Previous experience recruiting for C-level executives.
Individual must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated, go-getter attitude is a must.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
The Job:
Work directly with the Vice President of Human Resources on C-level hiring and other higher level hiring needs.
Manage full-life cycle recruitment process for 25 high-level positions.
Responsible for sourcing for candidates, scheduling initial interviews, and conducting interviews.
Other duties as assigned.
