We are a local company that was established in 2014 and works in the Mid-Atlantic area. We provide, service and install specialty equipment in the industrial and automotive markets.
NovaEquip, LLC. is seeking a lead service technician that:
-has electro mechanical skills
-experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment repairs
-has transportation and a clean driving record
-reliable and easy to communicate with
-mechanically inclined
-willing to learn
-willing to teach
-works well independently and with others
-familiar with computers and various software packages including microsoft outlook, word and excel (the more experience the better)
-comfortable with power tools and equipment
-familiar with managing oil/fluid in a safe manner (we provide the tools/product)
-Capable of lifting 75 LBS
-comfortable Climbing ladders (we have the tools)
-professional appearance
-patient and capable of being a problem solver
-customer oriented, positive attitude and ability communicate clearly with customers during sometimes challenging interactions
-over 18 years of age or older
-osha or fork lift certifications are plus
-ability to weld is a plus
-Criminal background check and drug test will be required prior to starting
-ability to travel in the US and abroad without any restrictions (all events would be planned)
-ability to attend trainings and events that may be outside of the Virginia area (company would pay these expenses)
We offer health and retirement plans. We would provide a work vehicle, work phone and necessary tooling.
Any experience you might have in those areas of expertise is a plus.
