What type of work needs to be completed?
o Grass Cuts
o Landscape
o Lock Changes
o Trash outs
o General repairs (Rehab)
o Winterizations
o Evictions
o Maid Services
As an independent contractor - if your state requires licensing for work to be completed in your area - you are responsible for being licensed.
Contractor Must haves:
o Smart Phone
o Trailer
o Locks
o Mower
o Generator
o Compressor
o General tools to complete repairs
Contractors are required to have General Liability and Errors/Omission insurance. Policies must be written a certain way to meet company standards.
