Job Summary:
As a Salesman and Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating new leads, estimating projects, and building strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in tree removal and landscaping will help you identify opportunities, provide accurate estimates, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate new leads through canvassing.
2. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide detailed estimates
3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
4. Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless project execution
5. Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, estimating, or a related field (tree removal and landscaping industry preferred)
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (occasional site visits may require walking on uneven terrain)
Drivers license and vehicle
