In-House Attorney for small but very active property development firm, with large development projects principally in Spotsylvania, Stafford and Fauquier counties, VA. Focus is on both residential and commercial-retail-restaurant-medical-office developments on parcels currently owned, with regular search for additional properties. At least 1-2 years of contractual experience desired, with strong interest in property negotiations, contracts, zoning, site work and finding residential homebuilders and commercial-retail users-buyers from throughout the United States to buy and build on company sites.
Fast paced with opportunities for candidate to do existing projects and help find and position properties for residential and commercial development. Strong internet, computer, contract review, mark-up and writing skills needed.
