Norfleet Quality is a mulch manufacturing company. We are hiring for the following positions:
Warehouse (6 positions)
This position is in the warehouse on the bagging line. Duties may include monitoring the bagging process, bagging and/or stacking bags of mulch onto pallets. A lot of repetitive motion. Must be able to lift 50lb - 70lb bags repeatedly. Positions needed for day and night shift.
Production (2 positions)
This position is on the mulch processing line. Duties may include monitoring the product being processed and removing unwanted debris. Preventive maintenance at the beginning and end of shift will include cleaning up the area and materials off the line as well as greasing the required parts. Positions needed for day and night shift.
Forklift Operator (2 positions)
Operate forklift w/ side shift inside of warehouse stacking pallets of mulch. As well as outside in the yard moving pallets around to their proper location. Only experienced forklift drivers need to apply. Positions needed for day and night shift.
Front-End Loader Driver (2 positions)
This is a large rubber tire front end loader with a 6-7 cubic yard bucket. Position involves moving large piles of mulch to various buildings in the yard and may include loading large tractor trailers with bulk product. Looking for reliable and dependable candidates that can follow instructions and adhere to safety standards. Only experienced drivers need to apply. Positions needed for day and night shift.
All positions are exposed to the weather elements. All positions will be responsible for preventive maintenance and cleaning up their areas as well as any other duties that may be assigned by your supervisor. Day shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Night shift is from 4:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
