Position Responsibilities:
-Provides administrative support and completes other tasks as directed by the General Manager, Board of -Directors and Lifestyle Director.
-Develops and maintains a working relationship with community board members, committee members and homeowners.
-Maintains strict adherence to community and company deadlines.
-Arrange and assist with Board and Committee meetings.
-Record and transcribe minutes as necessary for association meetings such as Board meetings and Committee meetings.
-Assist in updating, preparing and distributing Board and Committee meeting packets.
-At the direction of the General Manager/Lifestyle Director, coordinate essential activities.
-Make recommendations to the General Manager regarding maintenance of facility.
-Assist the General Manager on interfacing with contractors on existing contractual agreements and proposals.
-Manage check deposits as well as other office expenses within monthly/annual operating budget.
-Coordinating and maintaining office calendar
-Process new homeowners into community database
-Other duties and special projects as assigned.
