Specialized Commercial Industrial HVAC contractor seeks experienced manager/coordinator to oversee a service department of approximately 5 field technicians. Daily tasks include taking calls from customers and prioritizing needs with resources available. Dispatching techs and managing purchase orders and similar tasks. This is a key position and HVAC experience is mandatory. If you don't know the lingo and the fundamentals of the business, you are not qualified. You must be motivated/initiated and desire advancement through hard work. I can't stress enough the requirements and the potential for advancement. You will be setting the tone for the growth of this office and the business moving forward.
We offer paid medical, matching 401K, paid vacation etc. Candidate will have to spend two weeks at our Maryland corporate office (all expenses paid) to receive training necessary to perform certain tasks. Job location is in Fredericksburg.
